An active learner is an account that can sign in. Archive a batch at the end of a session and they stop counting. Billed annually. Prices quoted in INR, exclusive of GST.

Questions we get asked first
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. There is a self-hosted licence for institutions with a no-cloud policy or an IT department that would rather run it. You get the code, the install runbook and the upgrade path. It is PHP and MySQL with no build step, so it runs on essentially any server you already have.
What happens if we outgrow a plan mid-year?
Nothing breaks. Nobody is locked out mid-exam because a counter ticked over. We will tell you that you have crossed a band and settle it at renewal.
Do you count every account we have ever created?
No — only accounts that can currently sign in. Deactivate a graduated batch and they stop counting immediately.
Can you move our existing courses across?
Usually. Tell us what they are in now and we will say honestly whether it is an import or a retype before you commit to anything.
