Short, because this site collects very little.

Review before launch. This describes what the site actually does today and is accurate, but it has not been checked by a lawyer and it does not yet name a legal entity. Have both done before you take real enquiries.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, your institution, a rough learner count and your message. We record the IP address the form was submitted from, purely to stop the same source flooding it.

What we do with it

We reply to you. That is the whole purpose. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside this business.

If you tick the WhatsApp box, we may reply on WhatsApp instead of by email. If you do not tick it, we will not.

Cookies

One cookie, set only if you sign in to the admin area, and it disappears when you close the browser. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script anywhere on this site. Nothing to consent to, so we do not ask.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored as files on our own server, not in a third-party CRM. Outgoing email passes through our mail provider, which sees the address it is delivering to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will, with no conditions attached.

Your customers' data is a separate matter

This page covers this website. If you become a customer, the learner data inside your own instance is governed by the agreement we sign with you. That data lives in a database belonging to your institution alone, and we will hand you a full copy whenever you ask.
